There is a bedroom in a 2 bedroom Apt available in Ashly building @ Riverhouse from the late Aug.(i.e. Aug. 20th).The exact move-in date is negotiable. The girl who currently in this room will move out probably on Aug. 22nd. But she is ok with living with you for a couple of overlapped days if you are a girl. If you are a boy, you may want to sleep in the dinning room for overlapped period. She has a airbed available for you to sleep in.

It's very convenient to commute from Riverhouse to GWU--five mins to metro and just four stops away from the campus. Also you can find grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping mall and all kinds of restaurant in the neighborhood. The address is 1600 S. The monthly rent is $735 plus utilities and Internet & cable. Monthly utilities is around $45~70, depending on seasons. Internet & cable is around $16 per month. One-month deposit is required to hold your room and will be returned at the end of the lease if there is no damange claimed by leasing office.
 
Some more about us: I'm a female graduate student in GWU, taking another bedroom; the guy who's in living room is a visiting scholar of GWU. Our current lease ends on the middle of Dec. but very likely we would extend for another year. We are expecting someone who is quiet, clean and considerate. We would also prefer to add your name on our current lease, which costs $50 application fees. Someone who's willing to extend the lease after Dec. will be preferred, too.
