Hi everyone,
Sublease a bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment. The room is available around April 1st(It can be earlier deponds on your demand). The lease would end in July 31st, 2009. If you want to continue to live, you could renew the lease with the landlord.

Location: 1319 W Taylor, Chicago, IL, 60607. It is very close to UIC east campus (10 mins walking distance) .Transportation is very convenient #12 #60 #38
The rental per month is $492 plus 1/3 utilities and the deposit is $575. The landlord is kind and helpful. The roommates are two UIC Chinese students, and they are very kind and friendly.

The bedroom is comfortable and large with quiet environment. It has central heating. The wood floor board is new and cleanly. It has wireless network. The apartment has other two bedrooms, two living rooms and a bathroom. Finished Basement has washer and dryer with a lot of place to put stuff. There is free parking place for the apartment(not street).
