I think it is about the time, if they call you guys in China, they are not sure whether your are convenient . you know, when they call you at their work time, that must be your sleeping time.

China mobile's card is good, I used it when I was Shanghai, Sometime you can buy it for 40% off, remember bargain with the telephone card seller

中国电信的IP（17908）效果很好。在北京网通的17930也不错。前两天在摊上看了一下，价格确实是4折。

如果有延时，可以跟学校说一下，他们会理解的。

另外，即使是从美国打过来的电话，也不一定他们都用IDD。二年级学生们就是用IP打过来的。

I have used 96446, 193 and 17951. Only 17951 did not work properly. Most of the IP cards work well here in Beijing.
