国外的学校肯定希望中石油中石化中电信等等的老总们都是自己的校友，如果你能证明自己有那个潜力，肯定加分。

跟国企外企没啥关系，只是进了好国企的人确实也较少想出来的，相对申请人数比例就不大而已.

Don't think this is the case.

I worked for a SOE before coming to Wharton and we have some other students from SOEs here.

我家是国资委下面的某公司，不是垄断，但是也是所在行业的巨无霸了，国资委在精简名单，好像现在只要每个行业的top2了

这倒是真的，尤其是当上领导的比如处长或者是业务骨干的，油水哗哗的，脑壳被门板夹了才出来申请，而且现在tmd这些人流行读在职博士，不吊mba了

Agree.
Many SOEs are seeking to enhance their global exsitence, especially in some important industries, such as banking, energy, and telecom. Working experience in this international business development process is also meaningful if you understand it thoroughly. Meanwhile, many MNCs are transforming to local firms to cater to the market in mainland.
