Contrary to what others may think, top business schools really don't have a 'profile' in mind. They simply seek for the most exceptional candidates, which at Wharton have come in the form of professional football players, peace corp volunteers, 18 year-old geniuses fresh from their PhD programmes without a single day of working experience, and so on. In fact, given that I have no full-time work experience, I probably would not even have been able to sign up for CD's workshop, but here I am at Wharton.
More important than your 'profile', is what exactly you achieved on your job. 行行出状元!
