The iBT is just a language test. It does not reflect the more important charactoristics required for an MBA student. The AVERAGE score for Wharton 2010 is just 111. I guess that nearly half of those enrolled scored just 110 or below. I think the so called 110 or 109 line only applies to the applicants to the freaking HBS. (seems they still put this "strong suggestion" in their admission Q&A section.) Also, Chicago requires over at least 26 on every section. That is also very frasturating.
