一月JJ 2004年一道

AA No.39  (26th  12  in 2003 JJ)

The following appeared in an Avia Airlines of departmental memorandum.
“ On average, 9 out of every 1,000 passengers who travelled on Avia Airlines last year filed a complaint about our baggage-handling procedures. This means that although some 1 percent of our passengers were unhappy with those procedures, the over-whelming majority were quite satisfied with them; thus it would appear that a review of the procedures is not important to our goal of maintaining or increasing the number of Avia’s passengers.”

请问大家,这个题目,能不能从AIVA AIRLINES公司只从行李托运服务来判定是维持和增加客流量的唯一因素,其实,航空公司的赢利还需要其他因素的综合作用来达成呢?也就是说,没有COMPREHENSIVELY考虑问题。谢谢大家,如果自由写的跑题,请指正,谢谢!

好像是有点牵强
题目只说a review of the procedures is not important to our goal of maintaining or increasing the number of Avia’s passengers
并没有表达出a review of the procedures is the unique factor of meeting the goal

那我这样写,在真正GMAT考试的时候,算不算跑题呢?谢谢大家

可能不算跑题
但是没有抓住问题的核心
