Anyone can afford me a reason why U apply for MKT besides the interest...

Though quite hard to find a job in the US after graduation, is it easy to get a good job if back to China?

I NEED HELP~~~

If you don't like marketing, there is no point for you to study a marketing master. I don't think it is easy nowadays to get a good job in China after your complete your marketing master in US either.

As my BA major is marketing and management and i am really interested in business industry while i don't know which section i like most, MKT master is always my first consideration.

Thus i have to put the job career into consideration severely.

It is quite hard to make the decision..............    Crazy~~~

If you can get a decent job in China, I strongly encourage you to work first. After you work for a few years, you will know more about yourself such as what you are capable doing and what you want to do in the future. Then an MBA degree from a top school will give you much more than almost any other master degrees.

3KU soooooo much for giving me so hearty answer^^

But In my opinion, studying abroad earlier is better; as you know, many things will be changed completely after experiencing the society. Though many people apply MBA, it is entirely different from people who study master directly after BA degree.

I consider that i need to ensure which section of the business industry is my real interest.

Then everything can go well.

Sorry but i have another question. If i choose MSA, after graduation, is my job career limited only in this accounting area? Or i can do other work as well?

3ku~~~~^^

I don't blame you. Many fresh grad have the same thoughts as you do. They imagine a master degree is very valuable and it will land them a good job. However, after you have your master degree, you will see things much differently. Trust me, I have been through it. MBA IS FAR MORE USEFUL THAN A MASTER DEGREE. I have a master degree from a first tier school in US and that's my thoughts, as well as many of my friends'. MBA is a much better investment than a master degree, better use of my money and better use of my time.

A degree is just a degree, it will not limit your future career path. However people may question you why you want to do something else. You need to give them a good answer why and prove to them you can actually perform well in the job you are applying. If you can't, that degree does somewhat limit your career path.

MBA is my coming plan. I think maybe I could apply a master and then work in the US(if i am lucky enough) for certain years to gain experience then apply MBA. A master degree may be much less useful than MBA but more useful than BA degree(especially not from the quite good university in China).

If i graduate from MSA in the US, can i work in the other business section in the US? Is there any limit in job visa rules for international student?
