Dear All:

I have just got the interview invitation from CMU Tepper,
really excited and worried at the same time

What do the admission officer ask during the phone interview?
I know they probably will ask things like ' Why Tepper?' Why MBA? Why Now?
But is there anything else I should know in order to prepare myself sufficiently for the interview?

I'd really appreciate if all of you can help me out.

My first interview invitation is also from Tepper, a week ago. Thanks to CD and other forums, I found many Qs, below is the list I came up with:

Goal, what can you contribute to Tepper, what's your leadership style and why, your typical day, most stressful day, what do you like and dislike about your job, what's your weakness, How do you motivate your subordinate if he/she does
not perform, a team work experience.

I think the most important thing is just be yourself, since you've already spend much energy on the essays and should be able to answer these questions with little preparation.

I applied in the R3, and didnt expect to receive the interview request so fast...
well... i called to the office and arranged a phone interview this Friday... hope everything goes well...
coz I think CMU earns quite good reputation in the US, so it'll be really nice to go there too...
