I got into Duke this year, but I still vote for TUCK for its outstanding Finance program!!! I visited both schools last year. I was impressed by the nature beauty of both North Carolina and Hanover. Both of them have very nice, traditional Ivy-style campus. However, Duke maybe more modern in the sense of interior of its buildings. Also, Duke is going to have a brand new business building ready for class of 2010. So, base on the living and study standards, I vote for Duke! I guess the sad part is that we go to B-school not just for the two years happy time out of our lives, but also to advance our careers in the future. Majority Chinese Duke grads go back to HK or Mainland China. But if you’d like to work in the States for couple yrs after you graduate, Tuck is definitely a better place to go. Not to mention that Tuck is very very strong in Finance and Consulting. You will find more Tuck alumni in big IB and consulting firms compare to Duke. Tuck also has a BIGER name than Duke. It's a Ivy League University, very high academic reputation worldwide!!! Congratulations on your offers! Both are great schools & Two Thumbs Up to TUCK!!! |
