The salary in FT ranking is weighted by PPP (purchasing power parity). A dollar in USA may equal to 2 yuan in China in terms of purchasing power. So 150K dollars actually mean 300K Rmb (maybe higher, but definitely less than 500K Rmb) in this ranking. That's why the salary of China(and India)'s bschool graduates are so high. Some people consider it reasonable, while others consider it ridiculous... Personally, I think CEIBS is doing fine, but still has long way to go before it become World's Top 20. |
