接起电话第一句说

接起电话第一句说hello, this is xxxx speaking.

Is that alright?

Yes

Depends on what the other end saying.  If they say, can I talk to xxx, you say, speaking. then they may introduce themselves, then you say,  thank you for calling me.  and continue like regular conversation.

其实整个面试过程里，可能这句话算最没用的，随便说好了
