从录取的机率的角度来说，以及从个人成长的角度来说，工作两年再申MBA都比直接毕业就去读MBA要好得多。

the thing is he holds a common title and gets local pay. he suggested me if i really want to go to wharton, it's better to have a few years w/e. otherwise, even u got into wharton, it won't be great helpful to your career dev after graduation.

Unless you've got some amazing story not mentioned above, it's hard to get admitted by Wharton with your experience.  Wharton does have a few MBAs without full-time experience.  But those were mostly exceptional Wharton undergrads who had great experience at school and interned at Goldman or Blackstone.  I don't think school visits increase your chance of getting admitted. Lots of engineers study at Wharton.  You can sign up to sit in a class and talk to current students to get a better idea.  I suggest you apply in a few years.
