题目：A university plan to develop a new research center in your country.Peope agrue on business center or agriculture center ?State your opinion……

My answer:

A controversial disptue is caused by a recent report which shows that a university plans to develop a new research center in China.People argue on whether the new center should be a business center or a agriculture center.Some of them prefer to agriculture center because agriculture is the foundation of a country;however,as far as I am concerned,a business center will be much better for it will stimulate economic development as well as agricultural development.

It's easy for anyone to recognize that a business center will lead to dvelopment of economy.That's because after a business center is bulit,researchers will have a chance to concern about all factors of China's economy.For example,they can know how much money has been spent on factories or on restaurants.They can also find out which product do the Chinese people need most or what have they spent most of money on.In this case,Chinese government will obviously have more statistics on the economy.This will help the government to adjust and balance it.In all,the consequence will turn out to be that Chinese economy grows in a rapid and healthy way.

The other significant reason is that the business center will stimulate the development of agriculture as well.That's beacuse due to the suveys,conducted by the business center,Chinese government could find better ways,including the advaned management and the stimulative policy,to develop agriclture.It's sure that the agriclture will develop in a  extremely high speed.In fact,the statistics released by the department of agriculture hve already prove that.In the statistics,because of the new mangement and low-tax policy,the profit earned in agriculture increased 30% in 2006.So,ther is no doubt the new business center will help the agriculture as well.

Surely,as some people argues,agriculture is the foudation of a country.But as I've stated above in fact,a business center will benifit us much more in both economic way and agricultural way.So,I strongly recommend the center to be bulit for business research.
