32. Is it better to enjoy your money when you earn it or is it better to save your money for some time in the future? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
If you earn money, what would you do? Enjoy your money or save your money for some time in the future? I am sure that a lot of people would choose the latter. They claim that they need to save money for further education cost, raising their children and dealing with unforeseen emergency in the future and so forth. As far as I am concerned, however, I would enjoy my money. There are many reasons why I choose the former, and the following just lists some primary ones.
It is known that we human beings come to this world with nothing and we would leave this world the same way. So why not enjoy everything in this world? If I earned money, I would buy everything I need and like. I would buy a new car which makes my way to work more convenient; I would purchase a laptop with which I could give myself a window to the world and watch movies. All of these things make my life more easily. I am not married about emergent things in the future, because I purchase many kinds of insurance with the money I have earned.
I would use money which I earned to raise my parents. My parents gave me life and teach me so many things that I could not thank them any more. Now they are getting old. It is time for me to raise them and buy them everything they need just as they gave me everything I needed when I was a child. Looking after them is my duty and I am sure I would make the rest of their lives happy. I do not worry that there might be not enough money to raise my children, since I will teach them to be independent and how to make money when they are young.
I would also buy my friends some gifts with money I earned. It is these nice friends who gave me hands and helped me out of difficulties when I was away from my parents. So I think I should thank them when the time is right. Meanwhile, my friends would become happy when receiving my gifts, since they know that what they gave gained back.
In conclusion, I would enjoy money I earned to buy things I need and like, to raise my parents and to buy my friends gifts. I use them because that is my money. I earned it. Isn’t it reasonable to use money earned by myself to live a better life? |
