题目:一个好的管理

One day, my sister, who had just graduated from university and had a job at a company, caught a bad cold. She worried about the project which the boss had just given to her. So she went to the office as usual. To her appreciation, her boss told her to have a rest and helped her to finish the project. The majority of people claim that kind-hearted is a necessary quality to a boss, as well as hard working and skillful.

There are many qualities that make up a good boss, but the most essential of these is kindness. When the staff did something wrong, good bosses never unreasoningly scolded and punished them, but told them how to do next time and gave them another chance. I believe kindness and tolerance are the best weapons of a good supervisor. Sometimes, my mother talks to me about her first boss, she says he is an outstanding person and she will never forget the first day when she became a salesgirl as her first job, she mistook the wrong perfume to a customer, the boss didn’t scold her, instead, he taught her how to distinguish all sorts of the perfumes patiently. This made my mother feel heart warmed and affected her behaviors in her later jobs.

An excellent boss should be not only kindness but also hard-working. He should know what others should do and how to assign jobs. It may take him more than 10 hour a day for his work and even more time to study for new skills in order to improve the efficiency of the company. So difficult does the work is that he always only has a few hours to meet his pillow every day. When other staff enjoy weekends with their families, the boss may still in his office reading countless projects.

Another quality that we should never forget is that a perfect supervisor undoubtedly needs some professional skills. As a boss, it should be clear in his mind that how is the business going on and who should be awarded as they represent high-quality at their work.

Considering all the factors above, we could safely draw the conclusion that as a good supervisor, it requires some important qualities, say, kind-hearted, hard-working and skillful. Only by the boss taking these qualities, can a company develop much further. And what is more, the more outstanding qualities a boss has, the stronger the company will be.
