A 中的more established industries 很容易产生歧义,more 是修饰established 还是 industries呢?B中的 industries that are more established更好。

支持 B。

 A 不可选。

1、the more established industries,这种表达会造成“more (established industries)" 还是" (more established) industries" 的歧义,具体可以参照 大全-250 more gasoline-efficient cars 那题。

而 B 改成 industries that are more established 则有效避免了歧义。

2、companies that compete 不如 competing company简洁。 而且我觉得 B 里面的 competing companies one day may be partners the next 形式上很对称。(competing companies |one day) may be (partners | the next ) 不是吗?

3、还是并列与对称的问题,整个句子看 Although 主语 be adj (in bla bla bla...), they be adj (in bla bla bla...), as...

"Whereas" and "although" are both correct. We can't choose between A and B on the basis of these words.

The reference of the pronoun "they" is unambiguous in both A and B. It refers both logically and grammatically to the subject of the preceding clause "lines." We can't choose between A and B on the basis of this word either.

What makes B wrong is the phrase: "as competing companies one day may be partners the next." The separation of "competing" from "one day" confuses the intended meaning. In A, "companies that compete one day may be partners the next" is clear and logical.

我觉得如果是b的话,去掉the next 不是更好吗,觉得one day 和the next有重复

as companies that compete one day may be partners the next.

B:Although the lines of competition are clearly defined in industries that are more established, they are blurred and indistinct in the Internet industry, as competing companies one day may be partners the next.
