既然one day也可以理解成修饰整个句子，为什么就认为A的one day就是只修饰compete的？

但是注意了，这里的one day不是有一天的意思，而是曾经的意思，和next day对应

还是认为A对：more established

B的they一般是指主语的Lines所以不对

competing不是一直在进行的，而且是一个动词，所以用定语从句比较好，而且One day也可以修饰compete动词了

如果表示竞争对手的形容词其实有很多啊，competing我觉得不合适

我认为这题答案 的确是A

因为

B 选项：
in industries that are more established 有点太wordy 
另外 由于 as competing companies one day
  
这边
  competing 作为形容词
  修饰companies 名词
  但是后面却放one day 副词
  结构不大对?
  
C选项：由于不该省略industry

应该变成 the Internet industry

因为前面是the lines of competition ---in the more established industries 是复数
 
要区别两种不同the Internet industry

不该省略industry

而且也不该用where 应该是which
 

DE 则是因为unlike 比较不对等  所以直接删除

A: 用as 当作连结词S+V+O 避免run-on
as companies may be partners the next
再用that compete one day 修饰companies

1.作为对比优选unlike或whereas.
2.由未划线的one day may be partners the next. next后面显然省略day,所以one day做为句子成分应该和the next平行.the next做状语,one day也应该做状语.
3.小比较方面.more established industries和the internet industry比industries that are more established和the internet industry平行.而且industries that are more established比较wordy.
4.B中as competing companies one day may be partners the next.one day修饰歧义,一是做companies的后置定语(其实文章的意思看one day应该修饰competing),二是做状语修饰may be.两种修饰意思都说不过去.

"one day" should serve the latter-"may be partners" instead of "companies that compete". The function of  "one day" in choice A is not clear.

one day是总有一天的意思，将来的意思。as companies that compete one day may be partners the next有歧义，不知修饰前面还是后面。

1)  people aruge for B can't explain the function of "the next".

apparently, the nextday -> be partner, and one day -> compete.... also, logically, "one day" can not be for "be partner"... how can you assert competing company will one day be partner?

2) in the more established industry -> no ambiguity and precise than the "that"... 

3) whereas can be used as "becz of particular fact" (in law documents" and as "although something is true".. i.e. here the usage is correct

本句说的是：competing companies one day may be the next partners.= competing companies may be the next partners one day...

我一直以为next是指时间，跟one day重复....
