In my opinion, it is not true that decisions made quickly are always wrong. There are, however, lots of situations involved quick decision which turn out to success. Mostly, it is the past experience, correct evaluation and one's intelligence which influence the outcome of a decision. What's more, there exists situations where we have no time to think carefully to make a decision.

    Firstly, people commonly make decision based on their past experience and evaluation of the event. All these knowledge can ensure a quick decision to be right because they provide identify example which people have dealt  with or they gave the logical theory supported the decision. For example, stockbrokers make quick decisions to process  the invest activity. Since the best time to buy or sell stocks plays a significant  role on the profit of the activity, they are trained to make decisions depend on their own experience and the theory of economy. Many of them make a huge bunk of money every day because of their quick decisions. Therefore, quick decisions can lead to success once one made it according to enough experience and knowledge.

    Furthermore, such emergence situations like saving one's life, meeting with a robber, or reacting to a traffic crash leave no time for us to think fully and carefully to make a decision. People should make quick decisions as possible as they could. If one hangs on the situation and try to make a right decision, obviously he will lose the best opportunity to solve the problem. For instance, doctors at emergency ward must react quickly to save others life. What's more, they should have fruit qualification to deal with lots of unexpected situations because it is the insurance for them to make a decision both quickly and rightly.

    However, quick decisions involve more risks than careful thought ones. Not every one can keep a cool mind to make a right decision when meeting with emergencies. But it does not mean that quick decisions cannot be right. According to the analysis above, I believe sometimes quick decisions can be both right and necessary.
