My questions and opinions: 1) 是否需要template? In this set of materials, the reading passage describes a notice from ... and the listening passage provides students' discussion of ... The man thinks... Compress the template and leave time for the key points that really count. Being conservative, I would answer this way: First comes a university notice regarding blur blur blur, then two students discuss about this notice. The man thinks... Being innovative, I would like to say: The man disagrees (or agrees) with the notice which says blur blur blur, cause... In a case the speaker only give one reason for her opinion, and the sample answer gives both the speakers’ viewpoints even though the question only requires to describe the woman's opinion.
