6日收到从USC寄过来的一封邮件,有几个疑问,请DX帮忙回答,下面是邮件内容? Dear XXX, Greetings from the University of Southern California! Your application for admission has been received and reviewed, and we are pleased to inform you that the department to which you applied is ready to offer you admission to USC. However, there is one more step you must complete in order to finalize your offer of admission.
As an international student, you are required to show proof of your ability to pay all expenses while in this country. This documentation is required before an I-20 or DS-2019 can be issued. Therefore, you must submit an official affidavit of financial support, dated August 2006 or later, for the full cost of your program for the first year. This document must indicate the amount and source of financial support available to you (and your dependents, if applicable) and be signed and/or stamped by a bank official. Please note that a letter of sponsorship will need to accompany any financial document that is not in your name. If you are being sponsored by a government or private agency, you must submit a signed copy of your award letter, indicating in detail which fees will be provided through the agency. Or, if your department has offered you funding, please have your department fill out and fax the attached document to the fax number given below. Please note that the form must come directly from the academic department and be signed by an official of the university. For information on the specific amounts required for all of our graduate programs, please refer to the following website: l('http://www.usc.edu/admission/graduate/international/financial_support/');">www.usc.edu/admission/graduate/international/financial_support/ . Your documents can be sent as an email attachment to usci20@usc.edu or faxed to 213-821-3725. If you submit the documents via email, please be sure they are in PDF or JPEG format. Your USC ID number, which is the ID number given at the beginning of this email, must be clearly written on all documents. Promptly completing this last step in the admission process will help to prevent long delays in acquiring your student visa, which could result in missing your enrollment at USC. Upon receipt of sufficient proof of funding, your official letter of admission and I-20 or DS-2019 will be mailed to you by DHL. If you have additional questions, please contact the Office of Admission at 213-740-1111 or by email at usci20@usc.edu.
Thank you and congratulations, 附件是一份USC Financial Statement for Award Recipients。 |
