我申请的CMU第二轮，今天发现Status变成

Stage 2: Application Complete pending Interview

可是我没收到面试的邀请信，请问这个算是可以申请面试了么？

有些时侯mail system自动filter掉了一些它认为是junk 的mail.

Thanks, I know "incomplete" means one of my transcripts failed to reach them, which is quite straightfoward.

My question is if "incompelete and pending interview" means I have been invited to an interview though the application is not complete.

My online status is "incomplete application and pending interview".

I wrote to the admission office and they confirmed I had been invited to an interview.  But for some reason, I didn't receive their email notification.

They resent me the interivew notice very promptly.

So, I suggest you write to them to explain you didn't receive their email notification. They will resend the notice soon.

The interview in SH will be on 21 Feb and Beijing 23 Feb. So, you have time to make the reservation.  It should be fine.  No worry.
