商学院申请，简历能否去掉一段。

各位大侠，能否请教一个问题。我正在准备申请 MBA，有一份 full time 工作，但自己还有一个小公司。我正在写 essay, 想去掉自己有 full time 工作这段。Resume  只写到05年。原因有二：

1。 我和老板关系不好。我要不到推荐信，如果我写上我有工作，还得解释为什么要不到推荐信。

2。 我自己还有一个小公司。商学院也许讨厌你即工作又有自己的公司，可能会问如何处理两者的关系。

请各位大侠给一些建议吧。

Hmm. sounds like a tricky one.  If you can make your company work sound like a full-time effort, then it shouldn't hurt to leave it out.

Being able to manage a company and do well at work (assuming you are doing well and one of your co-worker can be a recommender to help you demonstrate that) will show your ability in time-management among other things.  I think business schools anywhere would value this experience.
