I applied first round, and I was invited to schedule an interview. As I know, you can schedule an interview between October 2, 2006 and February 15, 2007. After February 15, interviews are available only by invitation of the Admissions Committee. Therefore, I think you can try to write email to ask the Admission Committee and then it would help you schedule an interview.
