关于轮次的问题

小弟对于轮次的确定有一点不明白,还请各位大哥解释一下.

比如说一所学校他第二轮的截止日期是1/15, 那么是指要赶上该轮的话必须在美国当地时间1/15号24:00之前交上online application吗?还是有其他的判定方法来确定属于不属于该轮次呢?

除了在线的,应该还有学校要求的HARD COPY吧
