急急急！！！大家看看这是啥意思

我寄了三次成绩单，但是学校依然说成绩单上面registrar的签名不符合要求。我觉得已经完全符合的了，然后发信让他们指出错误，结果他回信如下：The Coordinator of International Admissions is now working on your file / documents. Your documents will be sent to an authority in China for review. You will be notified by email when we receive the required information. 这个是什么意思呢？我不太理解我的材料发到哪里了，我应该怎么做？请各位指点。

PS. 我申请的是春季的，现在时间已经不多了。
