Visa Documentation

在准备PSU Smeal的资料。其中要求填写的 Visa Documentation，有好多问题要请教大侠。

1）"Will you come to Penn State after having attended any other school within the US during the last 5 months？"它是问在过去的5个月中如果你加入了某个其他美国的学校，你还会来PSU吗？我没有这个经历，直接不理会”yes or no"吗？

2）source of financial support for first year of study。我想申请scholarship或fellowship。但是现在并不知道能不能拿到，拿到多少，怎么填写金额呢?自己也有一些存款，但也不想如实写上去，怕对自己申请奖学金不利。这个到底怎么填呢？
