各位upload stanford的推荐信和成绩单时有问题吗

我不知道我是否上传成功了。但是上传推荐信是好像又弹出个窗口要我再试，说什么converter busy，我可是宽带和电话线都试过了啊。

I received error messages whenever I uploaded documents but if you click on "continue" in the window with the error message, you'll be brought back to the application screen.

Check if you can see the "view" and "delete" buttons under the "upload document" button. If you can see your document when you click on "view", you should be safe. Alternatively, you can click on the "print application" button on the left navigation bar to see your application in pdf format. I could see all my uploaded documents in the pdf file even though I received error messages when uploading.

it is just a bug in the system. You should be able to view the recommendation letter after you upload it.
