请问楼主在哪里看到这项要求？我在online application和学校网站上都没看到。我也正在迷惑究竟学位证书要不要英文翻译以及密封在信封里，象成绩单那样。NYU比较特别，还没录取就要交成绩单。好像别的学校是自己先报，给了OFFER的话才需要交的。

请楼主有空的话回复一下行吗。感谢！

Non-English Transcripts
If an original transcript is not in English, the applicant is required to submit both the official transcript and its English translation.
Diplomas and Degree Conferrals
All transcripts from institutions outside the United States must be accompanied by a photocopy of the diploma and/or degree conferral. A degree conferral shows the date, location and institution from which you received an official degree.

• Both the official transcript and the translation should be submitted in one sealed envelope.
• If the institution attended does not provide an English translation with the official transcript, a certified English translation through a translating service must be obtained and submitted in a sealed envelope, endorsed across the seal.
• Stern has no preferred translating services.
• Certifications by a Notary Public are not acceptable.
