usually the scholarship is merit based. top b-school also has scholarship but varies from people. If you're truely excellent, top b-school surely will give you scholarship.I don't know how you define 一般top? if you can accept the top 20 or top 30 school, many of them are generous to waive full tuition such as maryland, emory, USC, michigan state, babson etc.
