有人收到UC Irvine 的奖学金邮件嘛

问一下, 目前在准备IBT中, 当初GMAT考试时也没有添这个学校, 今天邮箱里面收到这封EMAIL, 查了一下, 好像排名不是很好.38名. 大家看看这邮件到底是什么意思? just promotion??? 多少人收到的说?
