Tips for iBT registration

ETS变态的非要我给visa卡输密码，可信用卡哪来的密码。

没有就按照提示输了在美的SSN, 信用卡反面的3位authentic code, 然后create 一套新的password.

continue， then submit, then 屏幕出现：

Processing

Do not click refresh or back buttorn or your transaction may be interrupted.

都1个多小时了，还在没完没了processing...  这到底要processing多久阿？如何处理阿。 谢谢。

我也遇到过一样的问题。在你看到的画面上，中间还有一个小窗口，里面是visa发行银行的验证，如果你看不到这个画面，就出错了，中断是没有关系的，只是需要从头开始。我用internet explorer 一直不能过这一关，后来改用firefox，就成功了。

其实最简单的报名方法（我自己总结出来的）：

1。在线注册一个用户，填好所有你自己的信息，得到一个ETS 的ID （7位数字）

2。按正常在线报名的顺序，选择国家、省/州、城市、时间，搜索出来一些考试中心。停止。让这个画面留在屏幕上。

3。打电话报名，只要抱出你的ETS ID， 小姐就能看到你所有的信息，你只要告诉她你想要考试的日期和考场（在你屏幕上），不要让她添送分学校，她马上就登记了，然后你告诉她你的VISA信息。10分钟搞定。

4。几分钟以后再看你的order，刚才的应该在那里了。这时你再添加你想送分的学校。

I JUST GOT THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I WAS USING MASTARCARD, ONE PAGE LET ME ACTIVATE IT..

I REENTERED AND THEN NOTHING HAPPENED.

I have called ets's agent Prometric 1-800-go- tofel, but the guy knew nothing except for telephone registration.

I am talking to ets now...

Just called ets not Prometric  ETS：1 877 863 3546

I called Fred the first time.  The guy is really nice.  He told me transaction can't be processing for 2 hours but 1-2 minutes basically.  He instructed me to close the window, log on again and call him in case anything wrong happens.

I tried the 2nd time, enter credit card number and visa verfication number, but it can't submit successfully, just keep processing.

I called ets again and leave my ets id.  Two minutes later, he called me and registered the test for me.  Quite easy!

What's more, he also confirmed that only one transation happened. ETS won't charge more than one time.

Adivise ：DON'T CALL PROMETRIC 1 800 468 6335 OR 1 800 GO TOEFL if you meet online registration problem

A guy there with strong accent know little about online registration, he doesn't know what's my status and whether the transation has been done. 

Even worse, the guy has no attitude and is not professional.  He even confused with Nov and Dec. and has communication problem(Don't listen at all or can't understand me). How can I ask him to register for me？

Prometric's only job is to register.
