Please complete the following form to R.S.V.P. to attend Chicago GSB Fall/Diversity Preview October 13 and 14, 2006.

Fall/Diversity Preview will be a chance to experience Chicago GSB firsthand. We hope to share with you the uniqueness of the GSB experience, assist you in being successful in the application process, and help you see how you'll fit into the GSB community. We hope to connect you with current students with similar interests and backgrounds, as well as faculty, staff, and other prospective students. Please provide the information below to assist us with designing programming that will make the weekend's activities as beneficial to you as possible. You will receive a confirmation prior to the event. The information you provide will remain confidential and is used solely for programming purposes.
