There are several options for me to choose from: University of Wisconsin at Madison Vs University of Toronto Vs Ivey.

I'm interested in managing consulting or strategy or brand/product management.

Which one is a better bet?

Brand marketing: Wisconsin seems better - there is a special concentration in that school. However, it is always not easy, especially brand marketing, for international student to locate a job in the States.

But Toronto is really NO.1 in Canada.

It appears that for a US program that is ranked between 40th and 30th such as UW @ Madison does not have much advantages over a top program in Canada such as U of T. If you're given an opportunity to choose a program from UW @ Madison or University of Michigan at Ann Arbor or Canneggie Mellon, then I guess the choice is obvious - UM @ Ann Arbor or CMU definitely will be a much better bet... , any thought on this, thank you.
