a top school LLM usually can get end up working in a big law firm in US or China, most likely in China. They are globally paid (100w RMB).
But of course, people may have different life goals. If you think proverty in China is the something you want to solve, getting in a non-profit or UN jobs will be a suitable one for you.
In law world, ranking is one of the most important things. It is way different from MBA, while ranking is important, but not everything.
