You might think about doing some extracurricular work to make yourself stand out from the pool. TOP 3 is nice, but no one can guarantee your admission.
Spend some time to elaborate your long term goals, and make them convincing too. A decent score on GMAT and TOEFL wont hurt either.
Good Luck
From my point of view, for the top 3 schools you would have two barriers to cope with:
1. a solid set of materials to prove that you are different. Yes a decent in GMAT and TOEFL is necessary. Yet you have to dig a little more deep into the essays, especially the things that make you different.
2. From my point of view, for the top schools, especially the ones whose interview is held by adcom members, the interview is the final shot. Try to show your sparkle of thinking and make a special impromptu, that's the key to the next step. |
