今早收到一封BU的信，不知道什么意思，觉得好像是被ding了吧。。

我可以打电话去问吗？请大家帮我参谋一下。多谢了。

Thank you for submitting an application to the Boston University School of Management.  The Admission Committee recently completed its review of your application and an official letter was sent today to notify you of your decision.  

In the interim, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your application, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I guess it seems to be a bad news,although I am not familiar with this area for I just jumped into "CDers" few days before and never pay attention to it before...

By the way, I think "an official letter was sent today to notify you of your decision" may be " an official letter was sent today to notify you of our decision". Do you also think it is a mistake? hehe...

I'd advise you to write back to clarify ... "if you have any questions or concerns regarding your application, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Not necessarily a bad news....most schools will not send "official letter" to the dinged applicants. Maybe the school just want you to consider changing your program or deferring your admission?
