I am wondering if it's a neutral sign.

I got the same email. But I think it's just an odinary promotion email. Nothing else.

I received the email also.

I think it's just because we have applied for the school and had our emails stored by their data base.

I remembered that there was a similar list on CD last month when chicago asked applicants to verify their personal information.
