b school's boot camp has nothing to do with military discipline. (at least i hope not) it's more like an orientation program for 1st years to catch up. so there can be math boot camp for those who don't have much quantitative background.

应该是集中训练营吧。同意 bimetallic的解释。是个比喻吧，也有书把MBA比作 boot camp for managers/leaders.
