Notre Dame is better in terms of college education, while Indiana is stronger at graduate studies. But these factors really have less to do with MBA education itself.
LZ would rather look closely at the employment records of these two schools against your personal interests. Both a good schools in the midwest, but it is you yourself who can make a difference.
