Hey there,
School selection includes a multitude of factors, some of which are more objective (such as school ranking and post-graduation employment statistics), and others of which are more personal (such as geographic location). The main criterion that we recommend you use to create your school list is your professional ambitions. What would be your dream job immediately post-graduation, and what would be your dream job 5-10 years after graduation? Look for finance and business analysis programs that have a strong track record of placing alumni into your dream companies, or that have a strong alumni network in your dream companies. School ranking will be related to this to some extent. With your background, we would suggest looking into some of the largest US public universities, such as the University of Texas or the University of Illinois, although your geographic preferences will need to play a role, too.
