One reason that you may not be getting too many replies is that your email 'reply to' address is in Chinese script and this sometimes causes the email to be diverted by 'junk mail' filters. For the purpose of emailing academics outside China I would change your 'reply to' identity to 'Isabel Meng'.
我没有理解他让我改的是邮件的什么？？？
