小白诚心求定位（附详细BG）

感谢各位吴彦祖刘亦菲戳进来~
主申的地区为香港，主要是因为就业相对来讲友好一些。
本科：排名10左右的985 财管专业 GPA：3.7/4.0 雅思7（6） GMAT 710 实习：某中流券商行研（正在做的一份实习，感觉干货不太多，就是找找数据之类的很基础的工作，不过有可能后续会有一些干货吧）某银行水实习一个金融量化的project 职业规划是进入金融行业
问题：1.港三的金融项目或者会计项目哪些我比较适合呢？自我定位HKU金融和UST im 希望不大 CUHK的金融以及港三的会计应该比较稳妥，不知是否如此？
2.剩下的一两个月还可以从哪些方面做准备？是把雅思小分刷到6.5（这个只针对港大金融，不过我觉得雅思够了也进不去QAQ）还是刷高GMAT（这个真的很迷，有人说700-750一个档次，有人又说越高越好）？还是去一些什么志愿者活动？
3.有朋友劝我去念BA，说BA+CFA/CPA 比纯念会计or金融在职业市场上更competitive，大家对这种观点如何看待？个人不排斥编程

定位没问题，但金融行业找工作的话，建议还是读金融/会计/经济/金工。BA更适合咨询/外企吧。
现阶段好好构思文书，往后mock一下面试就可以了。

Thank you! Given your profile, I first suggest you re-take the GMAT and aim for 730, as you come from a very competitive demographic where the averages are fairly high. I think this is more important priority-wise than the IELTS. For you question on which universities, I think you should diversify and apply to a mix of schools in terms of ranking in HK. Finance and accounting are different programs, so depending on your future goals, that should dictate where you apply. Reputation is not as important as matching the program to your desired job/position after grad school. For your question on BA, again, what your friends suggest isn't necessarily true, as finding a job is about matching your experiences and degrees to the position you desire. Think backwards: What do you want to do eventually - then consider what degree you need to get your there. Good luck!
