Thank you! Given your profile, I first suggest you re-take the GMAT and aim for 730, as you come from a very competitive demographic where the averages are fairly high. I think this is more important priority-wise than the IELTS. For you question on which universities, I think you should diversify and apply to a mix of schools in terms of ranking in HK. Finance and accounting are different programs, so depending on your future goals, that should dictate where you apply. Reputation is not as important as matching the program to your desired job/position after grad school. For your question on BA, again, what your friends suggest isn't necessarily true, as finding a job is about matching your experiences and degrees to the position you desire. Think backwards: What do you want to do eventually - then consider what degree you need to get your there. Good luck!
