美本毕业的申请研究生要考托福吗？

请问一下，本人PSU Smeal college 本科，gap 3.9,想申请美国前三十研究生，需不需要再考托福？

Hey there,
You might not have too! Some schools will waive the TOEFL requirement if you already have a degree from the US. If you already know where you're applying, check to see. If you don't know where you're applying yet, it may be best to just take the TOEFL to keep your option open.
