Thank you! I think if you are planning to not remain in the US, then the key decision you should make is what program will help get you the position you seek. Both schools are highly regarded globally, so I wouldn't focus on reputation, and Philly is close to NYC in terms of location. It should come down to what job you want after the program, and which then prepares you best. Good luck!

对啊，我完全觉得aa一点也不比一些GAS，social work，TC 好录啊

如LZ自己所说的，更“正”的UPenn MBDS还是更好的。。。不过专业是很传统的social science，LZ如果可以接受这一点就去UPenn吧。
