Actually your profile seems very nice so far. Would be really awesome if you got that promotion and stock options!

A lot will ride on your GMAT. Basically: If you get a GMAT of 720 or above, you can go for it this year if you feel it’s the right time. with anything else, I would wait a year. There’s no rush at all, and you have a very strong profile, so it’s really important that you apply with the best possible GMAT you can get.

Otherwise though I feel like your profile is quite strong. Match that up with a fantastic GMAT, and write some awesome applications and the sky is the limit!

so basically, everything swings on that GMAT score. But no pressure at all ;)
