Topic 103

To be successful, we need a lot of characteristics, such as honesty, intelligence, a sense of humor and so on. People always argue which of them is the most important in one’s life. In my opinion, confidence is the pivotal one we need most.

That confidence can make a person more decisive is the first and foremost reason I have chosen to put here. I suppose that to be decisive is very important for success. Have you ever seen that the CEO of a large company hesitated for a long time when he or she try to make a decision? Time is money. If they hesitate too much they may at last lose the chance. Confidence is also very important for the students. Once in an exam I became suspicious to some of my answers, so I changed them, but after the exam I found that the answers I chose first were right. I always think that if I could be more confident at that time, then I could get a better grade. Once was a research indicated that the students more confident can do better in their studies than others. So I feel confidence is very important.

Other characteristics are also very important, but I think this vary on different occasions. For example, if an intelligent person always dreams of benefiting without hard-working, he or she can never be successful. If people are so honest that they tell their competitors all the plans they make, they can never success, too. If someone only has a sense of humor but not smart, how can he or she be successful in his/her career?

In conclusion, given the factors listed above, I can only say that confidence is the most important through the path to success. The others are also very important, but only can one with confidence be success. Because confidence can make people more decisive and stick to their belief, while these factors are very necessary for success.

5分要加点油哦。我也开始学南瓜mm，装得很严厉了....

主要问题：

1，词汇，句式简单

2，句子和句子之间关系不强。要能够很得体的用上连词：thus, therefore, however, because, further....想想GMAT改错吧，很多句子逻辑很强的。

3，我当时，把GMAT阅读里面自己看得很头的文章里面的好句子背下来，改写成我作文模版里面的句子。个人认为有很大的提高。
