Sublease of 2-bedroom apt within 12-minute-walk-distance from Wharton and 15-minute-walk from Penn Law
Spcious and bright living room
Kitchen and one bathroom
Ideal renting period starts from January 2016 and ends in July 2016. Extension will be permitted with prior notice.
Montly rent: $865 + utilities (according to bill)

The monthly rent of $865 is for each bedroom. I recommend two students (esp. exchange students) and/or visiting scholars take such sublease. The contract will be specifically clarified that each person will be obliged to pay separately to the leasing office directly each month.
