托福机考听力长段如何听

长段子一开始心里就慌

听一会很容易走神，然后就什么都听不懂了。做题基本都是靠猜

不知道计算分数的规则如何？基本每次听机考的听力，短对话都有把握，长对话一半一半，长段子基本不行。听下来总是21

不知道要怎么做训练才能将长对话应付自如？

you just have to keep practicing.

first get the main idea of the conversation.

坚持听~~~每个段子听多遍，每次都认真地听，尽量做到不走神~~时间长了就不走神了
