Well you have a good basis here. A great GMAT + a vert good GPA plus work in the US will give you solid basis that should make Top 20 schools within range.
To figure out your target schools more precisely, I will need a lot more info from you - especially about your job and company - what you do… how well you did… whether you got promotions, as well as any info about volunteer work, or extra curricular, or anything else relevant.
But like I wrote, everything looks pretty good for starters,
